The Rainbow Family – our staff, customers and partners
Today we all find ourselves in unprecedented and challenging times. The whole of our Rainbow family - our staff, our customers and our partners - are extremely important to us and we are doing our very best to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our team, coupled with the continuous support for our customers.
At present, the team based in our London office, that includes our sales, marketing and design teams, now are working from home. For our operations and warehouse teams based in Gosport, Hampshire, it is business as usual. This is under constant review in line with government advice but at present, please rest assured that we still are taking and shipping orders.
We appreciate these are extremely challenging times for all businesses, in particular our smaller customers, and so we currently are looking at ways that we can help and support our retailers. We would encourage you to please stay in touch and talk to our team to discuss individual plans - we are here to help.
I know many of you are looking at how to help your customers and communities, especially now that schools are to shut and more of us will be spending time at home with our families. We will support you to stay in stock of key lines and manage stock levels during this time.
We will therefore be reducing our UK Mainland carriage paid order value to £75 with immediate effect until further notice, to enable our retailers order little and often. UK Offshore carriage paid will be reduced to £150, again with immediate effect.
We will also support you by helping spread the word, via our social media channels. Please tag us into your social media posts so we can share as much as we can over the coming weeks across all our platforms.
