This month we held our Summer Company Conference at the wonderful New Place hotel in Southampton. It is always special to get everyone together and we took the time to look at our exciting plans for the rest of this year and 2024. As part of our Rainbow Cares programme we planted native trees to offset the conference in the grounds. This was followed by a very jolly company dinner and hilarious team building activities, that included Jenga, a treasure hunt a very competitive game of rounders and a rather odd challenge with bamboo poles!
