As part of our ongoing charity support and commitment to the industries we work in, our fabulous Field Sales Team Leader, Mandy McGough, and Account Manager for the NW England and the Midlands area, Arlene Burnett took on the Cardgains Charity Challenge this summer.
Joining 35 other walkers from the card and gift sectors, Mandy and Arlene took on the arduous 22 mile circular walk across the undulating hills around Ullswater in the Lake District. There was a lot of sweat and blisters but it was all worth it as Mandy and Arlene raised a fantastic £1,373 for the challenge that was raising fund for the Alzheimer’s Society. Mandy said, "knowing that it was for such a great cause, the support that was given and people's donations, kept me going, although l don't want to see a hill or a mountain again for a long time!"
