A Message to our Customers
Today we all find ourselves in unprecedented and challenging times. The whole of our Rainbow family - our staff, our customers and our partners - are extremely important to us and we are doing our very best to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our team, coupled with the continuous support for our customers.
With that in mind we are reducing our Office and Warehouse Operations at this time to a 4 day week - open Monday to Thursday, closed on a Friday.
We will be closed from Friday 22nd and be returning on Tuesday 26th May due to the Bank Holiday and we will respond to your emails and orders once we have reopened.
We appreciate these are extremely challenging times for all businesses but we would encourage you to please stay in touch and talk to our team to discuss individual plans - we are here to help.
We have also reduced our UK Mainland carriage paid order value to £75 with immediate effect until further notice, to enable our retailers order little and often. UK Offshore carriage paid will be reduced to £150, again with immediate effect.
